Tristan was at all times helpful, considerate and informative. He was always quick to inform me about inspection results, and any email or text message was promptly responded to. He and I agreed on strategies throughout. I was generally away from home before and after inspections, and always the house was securely locked up and lights turned off, when I returned. I was pleased with the eventual price obtained, and was happy to avoid an auction.
