From the very start he was upfront about the market and potential price, and didn’t try to underquote to help it sell faster (like some agents that just want the fast sale they don’t have to work for!). In the end he got $80k more than another agent quoted. His commission is a little higher than others, but it’s very true - you get what you pay for!

Tristan uses a team of people. I would agree with one of the statements from one of their introductory emails "Everyone in this team is a specialist in their field and instead of getting 1 agent and 2 assistants you are getting a team of experienced agents who are all specialists in their field". They seem to have all bases covered. When there was a hiccup the evidence was there to expedite a fair outcome for all parties. There is a high attention to detail . . . and evidence of this would be the small refund that was processed to our account . . . it was only $50 but sent through to us all the same. They worked with their recommended staging provider (First Impressions Styling) to have the property presented wonderfully and quickly. Our house was under offer and contract within six days of listing. Tristan did not wait for an open home. He did at least two (three?) private inspections within three days of the listing going live. I really think that the Facebook marketing used did have an impact in bringing simultaneous multiple offers. There were plenty of prompts and checklists for helping us, the vendors, making sure our responsibilities were executed. Photography and other preparations were no hassle to organise even when I realised belatedly that we need to avoid an electricity supply outage (Energex does subscribe to Murphy's Law!). Finally, Tristan and Team at Place secured a great price rapidly and smoothed any bumps on the way through the execution of the various clauses of the contract. We used a progressive commission so there was just rewards for fantastic outcome. Highly recommended.

5 years ago Tristan sold our house in 1 day, we were very happy with that sale, and automatically called Tristan to sell our current house. We expected it to take a lot longer, but it was again sold in 3 days and very happy with the Price. Being able to docu-sign everything and handle communications over email made the process quick and easy, which was much appreciated as we were selling the house remotely and from a different timezone.
