We engaged Tristan just after we entered into a contract for the purchase of another property on a whim. Because of that, we weren't as prepared as other sellers might be, so we were in need of someone to guide us through the process, and achieve a quick sale to ensure that we kept within the time frames of our purchase contract conditions.
