Tristan was able to do what 3 previous agents had failed to. We had been on the market for over a year with no joy. We had a great house but it was on a main road. Previous agents were very keen to get the property but when it didn’t sell straight away they seemed to lose drive and blamed the location. As time went on we were convinced to pay for expensive marketing and staging but with nothing to show for it.
