We had been trying to sell our property that was burning a hole in our pockets since August 2017. Switched to Place Aspley in November 2017, with the outlook that things might slow down over christmas but knowing Tristan and his team would give it a good going for us and sell this battle axe property. We certainly had our ups and downs with each week and open house that passed, but it wasn't without honesty, open communication, tell it how it really is opinions and prompt contact with us. Good news or mediocre news was communicated each weeks, the plan of how Place Aspley 'ran' their communication was helpful too, you knew that Monday was their busiest day and you may not get a call straight away but you'd always get a call. We were thankful to hear from Tristan about his thoughts and expertise in the market and 'strategy' to influence or draw buyers in with tactics each week. This is what sold our house.
