Putting it simply, after talking to a couple of agents around price and the market expectation - Tristan sold for 150-200k more than what we were being told to expect from the other agents. We sold in 4 weeks. Sold for 170k more than the neighbouring property - 6 weeks apart. Tristan's communication was great, his office was professional, and we got the job done.
