Dear Tristan and Rita and the rest of the team at Biggin Scott Yarraville On behalf of Michael and my self I would like to thank you for the excellent enthusiastic and professional manner in which you conducted the sale of our much loved house. The number of potential buyers that inspected the property over the campaign was impressive and I'm sure this was due to your professionalism and expertise in helping us with suggestions of what to do with rooms, furniture and photos. Tristan help with watering the drive etc to make the photos look good, a real hard worker. We had on average 20 to 30 couples inspecting our house on both Saturdays and Sundays as well as a number during the week. They both always gave us updates and feed back and we could call them any time and they would only be to happy to answers our question no matter how big or small. If not able to take a call would call back asap. We were very very happy with the price result, which was many tens of thousands above our expectation.
