All was good up until week of settlement. Communication that Troy would not be available was poor. I only found out when I tried to contact Troy about final inspection etc when I phoned because I had not heard back. I spoke to Troy on the Friday and nothing was mentioned that he would not be available the following week. A simple e mail from 1st National staff would have been appreciated.
We as the purchaser found Troy to be very accommodating. He was very easy to talk to and didn’t ‘talk up’ things like some agents. He was professional and made purchasing the property very easy.
