From the first time we ever met with Troy to discuss our options , he was the true professional. Anything that we were told happened exactly as planned. We were always kept up to date and everything flowed smoothly. Even the 8.30pm updates at night because he is flat out shows his commitment to his customers. Our open house had over 100 people through the door because Troy planned the time and date perfectly. As for the sale, open house Saturday , over 30 offers and sold Monday afternoon over expectation.
