Troy came across very credible which is important when your spending a big amount of money. I truly believe we paid a bit more than we should have (good negotiation by Troy) but to be honest we're happy with what we've bought and that's all that matters. We met another estate agent before we met Troy, and our feeling toward him was that he was dodgy, so to get Troy straight after the first guy was great because you want to work with someone you trust. Overall I'd highly recommend Troy and if we sell, I'd probably get him to sell it again.
