Even before we listed our property we knew it was going to be a challenging sale with two homes on the one 10 acre block, surrounded by bush. Having purchased through Richardson’s some 14 years earlier we were more than happy to go through them again for the sale. Troy was amazing from the very beginning. Being very up front about the difficulties in valuing the unique setup, we quickly agreed on pricing which was obviously on the mark. The property sold 4 times for its listed price during our journey to find the right buyer with lack of finance being the main contributor to those sales falling through.
