Even before we listed our property we knew it was going to be a challenging sale with two homes on the one 10 acre block, surrounded by bush. Having purchased through Richardson’s some 14 years earlier we were more than happy to go through them again for the sale. Troy was amazing from the very beginning. Being very up front about the difficulties in valuing the unique setup, we quickly agreed on pricing which was obviously on the mark. The property sold 4 times for its listed price during our journey to find the right buyer with lack of finance being the main contributor to those sales falling through. Even when we had almost given up, Troy remained as positive and professional as he had started and he finally found the right buyer. I couldn’t speak more highly of Troy in terms of his professional approach and flexibility to fit in with our own personal needs relating to everything about the sale, especially with inspections. Having a sales representative who was sensitive to our needs and who actually cared about not just the outcome, but making the process as painless as possible, certainly made the experience a good deal less stressful for us than it could have been.
