We are very happy. The property sold within two weeks for more than we asked. I think Troy done a very good job and put in a lot off work combined with knowledge and experience to achieve a great result.

We relied heavily on Troy & his staff, as well as the people he organised to prepare the properties for effective sale, we moved 500 km sway, so couldn't readily return to Colac , we had to trust Troy & his people completely, as hard as that can be at times for circumstances beyond all of our control. Only one minor thing, we presumed that the cupboards had all been emptied, but they will find use for loo paper & cleaners, we scored nothing where we moved to. Even took the microwave.
