"Change before you have to" - it was this insight by the influential Jack Welch that illuminated how valuable it is to lean into change before change is inevitably leaned upon us. The decision to take a premises that I was acutely connected to, having appointed every inch myself - and to then place it unto the market? It was stressful... or at least it was until the team at Troy McKellar real estate took the reigns and allowed me to relax a little. There is a real reason why we don't try and cut our own hair, and son to with selling our own properties. Professional mastery of any given practitioner will always leave you with a better result than if you left it to chance. I am exceedingly pleased with how the sale of my property was handled. My privacy, property and personal was affored the highest regard in this process and as a particularly private man, I appreciated that aspect ten-fold. Troy and his team vetted applicants such that not only was my time not wasted at any junction, but my property and heart therein in was appropriately safeguarded during the "change". Not only did I sell this property through Troy and his team, but I purchased it from him too several years ago.
