This is our second time dealing with Troy! Again we had an amazing experience, nothing was ever a issues, Troy was always in communication even after business hours to answer any questions we had. I cannot recommend Troy and his welcoming team at Troy McKellar Realestate!
We recently purchased a property from Troy and from start to finish the experience was fantastic. Troy was friendly and enthusiastic, nothing was a problem for him. When I called, sent emails or messaged him he got back to me immediately, he made the whole process smooth and easy. We would without hesitation purchase a property from Troy again and importantly we would choose Troy's agency to sell as well, knowing how hard he works to represent both the seller and buyer. Thank you
Troy and his team was a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was hard for Troy to handle even with things outside of his job description Troy and his team helped in every way they could. There were times where I asked questions and if Troy didn’t know them he was willing to find out for me. Troy is one very rare Realestate agents I have come across we’re you feel comfortable from the first hand shake. Easy to talk to and has a knowledgeable. Now that we have bought in the area we will definitely use Troy and his team again to either buy or sell.
Thank you to Troy and The Team at McKellar Real Estate!!! Troy made the purchase of new home an easy and stress free experience. Troy is a great communicator and was always available to take our calls, answer questions and show us the property at times that were convenient to us, nothing was ever a hassle, a rare find in today’s market as a purchaser of a property. A big thank you to Phoebe, who was amazing, taking time out of her day for us to take measurements and plan. An absolute pleasure to deal with the McKellar Real Estate Team. Great Culture, Great People.
Dealing with Troy was an easy and pleasant experience. His knowledge of the property and the area was helpful, and he was prompt in answering any questions we had after inspection. Would not hesitate to recommend Troy as an agent.
Troy and his team have conducted themselves in an extremely professional manner managing our rental property. They acted quickly to get the right tenant and our property was well maintained throughout the contract. We recently placed the property for sale and Troy found the right buyer as well as looking after our great tenants. No fuss, no issues and happy with the price. Thank you to you and your team.
Troy and the team at Troy McKellar Real Estate were exceptionally helpful, professional and easy to deal with during the sale of our property. From the very beginning, Troy and his colleagues communicated with us regularly, provided us with expert advice, and made the entire sale of our sentimental family home an easy and pain free process. We could not have been happier with the outcome, and would highly recommend Troy to all of our friends and family. Thank you for making something that could have been extremely stressful so easy and straight forward. We are very happy customers, and will certainly be using your services again in the future.
Highly recommend Troy and his team if your considering to buy, sell or rent. Very professional and very clear communication throughout the process of our sale and purchase. After buying and selling multiple times through Troy the experience and professionalism hasn't changed and always goes above and beyond for the best results. Honestly the only agent you can trust and feel stress free, I can't thank you enough.
Wow, what a team! A focused and professional team that exceeded my expectations. All members of the team displayed a high level of professionalism, integrity and experience. Originally purchasing our property from Troy we again utilised his services to sell our home. Troy's knowledge of the local real estate market is excellent. During the sale period of our property, the team kept us up to date with what was happening and provided great advice on strategy to obtain the best outcome. Also very impressed with team member Bill's negotiating skills with a potential vendor, securing a sale with the vendor, after 4 days on the market, over the asking price! Throughout the entire process the team made me feel so comfortable at every stage. Selling property can be challenging with so many variables to consider, so having an agent of whom is a true professional and expert in the field was extremely re assuring. I would highly recommend considering Troy and his Team.
