Troy was very helpful in dealing with a deceased estate on behalf of clients living in another state. He went above and beyond in helping organise rubbish removal, clearing and cleaning to bring the property up to a saleable condition, and then managed to achieve a price that was slightly above what we had expected the market would bear. He and his staff were easy to deal with and the whole arrangement worked out very well -- hopefully, for both parties!
