There was some urgency to get my home on the market, as I had just purchased my new home in Brisbane. I had interviewed 5 local RE agencies prior to making a decision, but was impressed with the LJH assessment of the market and where my home stood in the prediction of an imminent property market downturn. Troy and Nicky responded with alacrity, and were organising their reasonably priced Auction marketing plan within the week. Their advice for home presentation was very helpful, and I did appreciate the feminine input from Nicky. It transpired that my buyers came from my first Open House, which was attended by only a small number of parties. The following two Open Houses were also poorly attended, evidence that the property market parameters were in a state of flux, but Troy worked with the interested party, and successfully raised their offer to my original expectation, and the contracts were signed within 10 days. Not forgetting to mention the loan of an inflatable mattress when I needed to sleep in my emptied house for the last night before flying to Brisbane with my pets.
