From The outset Troy was excellent to deal with. I realised early on that he was very genuine and was acting on the best interests of his vendor whilst also making my purchase as easy as possible. Our total buying experience of this property was very stressful to say the least. The advertisement of the property stated "Vendor willing to negotiate" when clearly they had no intention at all. Troy failed to deliver on negotiating at our level when we put in a market place offer. The price was well over market expectation. I think Troy failed to communicate this clearly to the vendor. He showed a complete lack of interest from our view. The vendor wanted a short settlement without conditions and we complied only to have the settlement date pushed out by the vendor another week simply because they were not prepared to move out, when we contacted Troy he made a joke of this sending us a text "??? A what LOL". We were not laughing to say the least. The house was left in an appalling state even though Troy explained to the vendor to leave it clean and tidy. Troy failed to follow up with an inspection of his own, and when settlement day come and final inspection there was rubbish in the garage, the house was left unclean with cooked cockroaches left in the oven, the dishwasher did not work, the bathroom looked as though it had never been cleaned at all with feces and urine staining the toilet seat . There was unfinished work that the vendor just left expecting us as the buyer to rectify. The vendor had tried to steal the spear point pump and damaged it in the process. The unfinished work and the pump was fixed but this shouldn't have happened in the first place. To this date we are still cleaning the house.
