A major selling point to entice us to buy the property was the swimming pool, we were told by Troy and Ty that the pool had a leak but this was fixed ,this was a lie as the pool still has a substantial leak. We were told by the neighbour this was exactly the problem previously and also confirmed by Belmont pools who used to maintain the pool. We also were concerned with the air conditioning unit and again Troy and Ty told us it was ok this again was not the case as the remote is faulty hence we have been quoted $350 dollars by(Breeze Air Conditioning) to have it rectified. We were also notified by neighbour that the colour bond fence to #15 is illegally detoured around a tree on to there property and they would like it rectified. We feel we paid top dollar for the property and also incurred penalties which we paid in good faith and did not expect dishonesty

Easy to deal with and got an excellent result quickly

I chose to go with Troy and Dowlings Eastlake after meeting with several agents to discuss selling my property. Both Troy and his colleague Ty Zink were very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the local real estate market. They did not try to overstate the value of the property as some agents had done, but instead offered a realistic opinion as to the value of the property. In the end they turned out to be spot-on.
