As a first time seller it was great to have such an open and supportive agent to guide me through the process. He was honest and kept me up to date with progress regularly. He was always happy to answer my questions and was very professional. I would highly recommend Troy as agent to anyone and would definitely use him again.
We did I think a fairly thorough test of the market to find the right agent. We started with an online market scan, a tender document to 8 agents with 6 responding, to a shortlist of 4 being interviewed and a reference check on the final 2. We also watched the different agents perform for the previous 6 months and had some good industry contacts. After all this Troy came up the best on commitment to getting the job done and communication, he also has a very thorough approach to dealing with every cycle of the sales process. To be frank he at first may come across as the cheesy sales rep with his "dream team" but once you get to know him you know he is the real deal. We started the process thinking we could get a great price for our property, unfortunately reality set in and we got lower than expected. I don't think we would have done much better with another agent and with the knowledge of hindsight I am not sure the extra money we spent on marketing would also have resulted in a better result....but you never know about these things. Overall the experience with Troy was a very positive one, he did all those little important things very well with a touch of class and nothing was too much for him. Paul and Johanne Beks
Troy is one of those real estate agents who comes across as down to earth and genuine. I would use him to sell. I recently bought through him. He returned phone calls, was always good natured, and the negotiation process was relatively stress free.

Troy McNeice made what I thought was impossible possible! In short Troy found a buyer and secured a great offer for us within 10 days. Our situation was sensitive and we preferred a very low key approach to selling. Troy accommodated us and still managed to achieve a great outcome. He then negotiated the purchase of an ideal home for us, giving great advice along the way but at no time adding any pressure - in fact he made very sure we were comfortable with each step and offered alternatives should we need them. No phone call or email was left unanswered - during and after hours Troy was in contact and along with his colleague Zach they made what might have been a daunting process exciting and for us, very rewarding. Highly recommended doesn't come close but there it is - 11 out of 10 for sure!

Cannot recommend Troy McNeice highly enough! Sold the house for more than we hoped 2 weeks prior to Auction. VERY easy to deal with. Didn't have to chase anything or check up on anything. It was always already done. Great communicator, always knew where we were up to without having to ask. Also bought a house through him. Easy peasy. Found the house we wanted, paid what we wanted and signed contracts same day.
Troy got the nod from us because he has enthusiasm and boundless [almost] energy and promises absolutely nothing he can't deliver.He was a great source of resourses during our preparation, ,worked honestly and transparently with both ourselves and the eventual purchasers.
