On the day Troy demonstrated excellent auctioneering skills and did not hassle us at all about what we should or should not accept (in fact he achieved the sale price we were looking for) He has a dynamic personality and relates easily to everyone, vendors, would be buyers and friends who came in for a look Troy worked extremely well with his colleague/work partner Brendon Coburn both in a personal way with us and throughout the process. They are a fantastic team and balance each other’s styles well. In summary: Any questions were answered promptly and I can't recall a time when Troy did not answer or return our calls within a short frame of time. Throughout the whole process of sale we felt that we were treated with respect and consideration. Troy was extremely professional and was always there to offer help, advice and guidance. We felt as though we were special and that Troy's only objective was to get the best outcome for us. Troy is a vendor's dream - he has excellent communication skills, extensive experience and knowledge of the market and to top it all off he also personally conducts the auction. We have bought and sold many properties but Troy was the next step up. He will be the first person we call next time we need to buy or sell.
