A Deceased estate is always bitter sweet. Living in Melbourne, but selling our Father's property in Moama, we needed an agent that knew the area like the back of his hand, that had a great marketing plan that would get the best results, that would keep us in the loop at all times and that would be accurate about the true market value of the property. We needed someone that was a great listener and a great communicator, who was committed to getting us the best price, without it costing the earth. We needed someone, empathetic to our grief and available to answer what must have seemed like an endless stream of questions. We found him!!! Troy knows his stuff. As well as coming up with the perfect marketing strategy for us, he wasn't afraid to have a plan B, or a plan C in place, based on the feedback from buyers. Luckily, we only needed our plan A, but it was nice to know that there was always a back-up plan. We went with an Auction, and I'm soooooo glad we did! Everything seemed so effortless on the day, and that came down to the amount of work and preparation that Troy (and the whole team) had put in, right up until the hammer came down and even now, well after the SOLD sign went up on the board. I highly recommend Tony if you are selling your property. You cannot go wrong, if I could give him 6 stars, I would.
