Troy went over and above what was expected as did Tania during the open for inspections and on Auction Day. I don’t think many real estate agents would help with the gardening and clean windows before going on the market and blowing leaves before inspections as well as providing somewhere for my elderly Mum and her dog to go during inspections. A great auction result was achieved thanks to Troy’s obvious expertise and experience.

Troy did a great job in selling my house. He is straight forward, very professional and made himself available when needed. Although the campaign was planned over 4 weeks, he had an interested buyer very early in the campaign and the house was sold before auction.
