Troy kept in regular contact with us during the course of the sale/marketing process. He sent regular updates of what was happening in the local market and ultimately was able to secure a satisfactory sale when all seemed to be slipping away. Whilst we didn't quite get what we were hoping for, Troy did the best he could in the current economic circumstances (two interest rate increases during the sales campaign and the global fuel crisis certainly didn't help) and I'm sure if we weren't selling under such trying circumstances the outcome would've been better. However, we're very thankful for Troy's patience and understanding.
