I wish there were more stars :)
I honestly can't rate Tulo high enough, on every level that's of importance in the relationship a person wants with their real estate agent.
Given that my fiancé and I had gone through 8 painful months trying to make the transition from owning a unit, to owning our first house, the many auctions, the countless dealings with unethical agent that we had to endure, when we finally bought our property, we faced the new challenge of having to sell our unit.
You see, to break into the housing market on Sydney's northern beaches, a lot of young couples, like ourselves, have to stretch beyond our means, it's the only way to get your foot in the door..
Tulo came recommended to us from a very close friend, and within minutes of our first meeting we could see how approachable, communicative, honest, genuine, and just so damn likable this guy really was.
We had based all out affordability calculations for our new house on a figure that we needed from the unit sale. If we couldn't get that realistic figure, then we were in a lot of financial trouble from the get go.
In the two weeks that it was listed before it sold, Tulo spoke to me twice a day, in detail, of any interest shown in the unit, calmed me down probably 3 times a day in my panicked state, and followed the brief I have him to a T, which was to sell our unit, for $X, honestly and ethically, because we didn't want any parties upset or disappointed like we had been on so many previous occasions.
Tulo got us the price we needed and a lot more, because of him we have a new start to look forward to.
My advice to anyone looking to sell, seek Tulo's service, when needed he's your friend, and then when it's time to go to work for you, he rolls his sleeves up, puts his agents hat on, gives you sat and sun open house service, and does it all with a smile.
Your about to make a life changing decision and move, do it with someone worth your trust.
