I found Tulo Sila to be extremely professional and friendly in all my dealings with him. He was knowledge, and able to answer all my questions. He seems to have an excellent feel for real estate on the Northern Beaches. I was very impressed that he was able to make his way to my school in Mosman, on two separate occasions, in the middle of the day to sign papers etc., as I was drowning in work at the time, and time was of the essence, given the short settlement period. The only reason I have given him only 4/5 for credibility is that, as a buyer one never really knows the actions of my competitor in the bidding process, especially a ‘Dutch auction’ via a telephone. But acting as you must, primarily for the buyer, I appreciate skills and strategies required to get them the best price.
