Ty Hickson

I had a really positive experience throughout the process of buying my home with Merrick Property Group. The service was excellent from start to finish, with great communication, professionalism, and genuine care. I always felt supported and kept informed at every stage, which made what can be a stressful process feel much easier. I’m very grateful for the help and guidance along the way and would happily recommend Ty Hickson to anyone looking to buy a home.

Buying our first home is a milestone we’ll always remember and we’re so grateful Ty was part of it. From the moment we met him, he was warm, genuine and respectful. He always made time for our questions, kept us informed and guided us through each step with care and dedication. Ty is down to earth, hardworking and simply a lovely person to deal with. Thank you Ty for helping us find a beautiful home we hope to make many happy memories in. We couldn’t be happier!
