Very good agent and also a nice person

Ty has been a really great agent for me and my partner Jaime - he helped us get our expectations in line with what we can afford and then buy a super lovely townhouse in Woy Woy. He has gone above and beyond - getting us into the house at times convenient for us around my travel to Sydney, and getting us into the house at other times that were not that convenient for him but convenient for us. He also helped us negotiate a good price and was a very good in between person between us and the sellers. He also helped me navigate how to actually buy a house - since I was very clueless - and what the steps were at each stage. As much as I dislike the whole entire real estate business - since housing should be a human right - and especially rental agents (luckily Ty isn't a rental agent) - Ty is a really nice person for a real estate agent and I would definitely recommend him. Next time I am buying or selling I would feel comfortable contracting his services again. 100% recommend!!!
