I met Tyson through the Padbury community as he is an active local member. We spoke when we saw each other and he I could see that he was an all around good guy. When it came to listing my property I could think of noone better to represent myself and Padbury better than Tyson. From initial consultation the communication about the sale from Tyson and the team was great. They provided constant updates and options for all avenues (i.e advertising and where to list etc.) The open house was a great success as it was put on at a convenient time to promote the most possible potential buyers to come through and I was provided with updates surrounding this. When it came to the sale Tyson handled everything completely and required little input from myself (I had faith and confidence in him so this was easy to do). Tyson convened between all potential buyers and then liaised fully with me. Throughout the sale Tyson was the exact same person whom I met a while ago. He was still the same great community member that has trusting and professional intent with his mannerism. I will forever recommend Tyson for any persons looking to buy or sell property as he is the best agent for Padbury and surrounding areas.
