Review of Tyson Barry

Late last year I decided to sell my property in Padbury and asked Tyson and two other realters to do an appraisal. I chose Tyson from Davey to sell my property as his estimate most closely matched my expectations, and because of seeing him in action previously. I have been delighted with the result, Tyson has been engaging and proactive in listing my property, and the result was that we had an offer after the first weekends home opens which I accepted, I couldn't have asked for a better result.

Property sale

Tyson Barry was our selling agent for Davey Real estate. His professional approach to selling our property was out standing. He guided us through the whole process hassle free and got back to us very quickly with any queries that we had. I would highly recommend Tyson if you are selling a property in the Padbury or surrounding suburbs. He has excellent communication skills and a good character.

Responsive and Genuine

I recently purchased a property through Tyson. I found him at all times to be responsive, easy to communicate with, authentic and genuine. He has just the right amount of enthusiasm, interest and care which made me feel like he was there for me, as well as obviously being employed by the vendor.

Got quick good sale in hard to sell area

Not only did he get a quick sale in a hard to sell & slow selling area he also had to be the middle man in a hard to deal with sellers broker and kept us up to date when he had news and was very professional. Took all the stress of myself with working FIFO, and other owner in nz for most of the sale time. Tyson did a great job and when it comes time to buying or selling again he will be first in line to go see.

Professional agent. Positive, knowledgeable and friendly.

We dealt with Tyson as buyers. He guided us through each step, explaining everything as we went through the process. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our queries in a timely manner. Professional, knowledgeable, genuine, honest and hardworking

We have just completed the process of selling our home with Tyson Barry at Davey real estate. From our first meeting until settlement day itself Tyson has been professional, informative, and supportive throughout. Myth Buster

When we decided it was time to sell and move, we saw, read, heard and were told much negative information about real-estate agents. The do F all work for the fees they receive for the sale. They do the 1/2 hour open house and don't do much follow-up, if they can't sell for the price expected in your location, they expect you to drop your price and they still want the premium pay out. I had explained how simple it was to sell the house yourself. The process we used to decide if and which agent to use was, I took the approach that I conducted employment interviews of potential agents as if they were going to be my employee. The first bloke took about an hour and a half telling me how good he was, how many houses he sold, how useless others were, his plan should the house not sell quickly. Spoke to this bloke twice and all he did was talk none stop. The next bloke also told us how good he was however was pushy and appeared to not be interested in what price we also believe the house would sell for. I was then told by a friend that a mate of his is an agent and he told me it does not bother him if I use him or not. Conducted interview, happy with the process he was going to use to sell, happy with fees. He presented well and I felt comfortable that he would be the right person. During the open houses and selling process, he did work hard to present the house and follow up possible leads of potential buyers. He did individual after hours openings, weekend openings to ensure as many potential buyers had the opportunity to viand make offers. As a result of his efforts we were very happy with the sale price. He deserved his cut for selling the house as he worked hard and diligently to get the best price for the house. I have no hesitation to recommend Tyson to assist with selling your dwelling . He demonstrated to a high standard the he has the skills, knowledge and attitude to do so

Tyson did a great job selling our house. We were totally satisfied with the outcome and recommend him highly. He displays professionalism, integrity and has an engaging manner that works well with buyers and sellers. His knowledge of the market was very good. He is a local and has a genuine love for his community.
