I appreciated that Mark at no point put...

I appreciated that Mark at no point put pressure on me to drop the price or criticised the property in order to reduce the price. We seemed to concur on how to go about selling the property and though it was a long process it worked out. My only disappointment was with the Settlement as it was different to past experiences due to demands of the buyer which I was unfamiliar with. Overall it was as good as it gets with pressures to sell a property in a difficult market. Thanks Mark and Tyson
