Patrick and Alison assisted us purchase a new build in Tullimbar. Our home interstate had sold and we were waiting for settlement. Patrick negotiated with the builder to make our purchase happen. The house ticked every box for us and it would have been disappointing to have missed out. Alison answered every email so quickly. Patrick put him self out on Settlement Day meeting us after hours to hand over the keys and not rushing us whatsoever. The same with our pre settlement inspection. Every question answered and nothing a bother. I know if I have any questions in the future Patrick and Alison will still be there to help which is lovely. This should be our forever home now but if I was buying again I'd seek them out.
