Globenet Reality Boondall had performed extremely well under the market conditions and locational restrictions . While being the family home for 30yrs there was realistic expectations of property potential, but also factoring age of House and local market competitors. Believe Usha and Team were upfront about achievable price and also consistent, effort to bring about sale. Always had an open communication and in the end we got close to our expected happy figure.
