Valerie is one of the most outstanding agents I have ever come across in my three decades of property investment. She is incredibly vendor focused and will go the extra mile numerous times to make them happy. To give a recent example: Valerie sold my leased property in Springfield Lakes late last year and whilst under contract a once in a blue moon hail storm wrote the property off resulting in the sale falling through. Of course I was devastated but Valerie, ever the optimist, reassured me to hang in there and that it would work out better for me in the end. The insurer took 7 months to repair the house and the poor tenant had to be relocated from the uninhabitable premises as rain kept leaking through the roof! Not withstanding these challenging circumstances, Valerie oversaw the whole exercise acting as my person on the field. She was amazing from being a property manager to an interior designer to a cleaner - there was no task too hard for her. All in the name of selling the property for the best price for her Vendor. The property did sell for a fantastic price in only 7 days and Valerie was right - it was the best outcome in the end. This was a most outstanding job performed by Valerie. This is the second property that she has sold for me and I would not hesitate to highly recommend her.
