We only had a few days in the Ipswich area to look at potential homes, having looked online before we arrived. Of our shortlist of ten or so properties, we bought the only one we were able to look at, despite trying to book inspections the week before. Most agents were simply not interested. Val, however, was friendly and professional. She arranged an inspection at the time we requested and did not push the sale. She told us of features and potential problems and remained constantly ready to help us arrange building inspections and paperwork remotely throughout the purchasing process. We felt she was on our side as well as that of the vendor. She even took extra photos of the view from the balcony for us.
