How did the agent work through transactions together? Amount of effort you put into walking us through the process and a successful one. Valerie was able to not only sell me a house but a home, something I can call my own. She was able to find a perfect price point for myself and the sellers. She was immensely supportive during the process of settlement and able to have clear communication with the sellers and me during a process that was more difficult than normal due to being a single purchaser with interest rates rising and banks being more tough on loaning money. I have a home now and it’s thanks to Valerie’s professionalism.
