Found Valerie to be knowledgeable in her area of expertise without being pushy. House was priced at a reasonable starting point and I was able to view the house at my own pace and any questions I asked were promptly answered. Made an offer that was accepted by the previous owners and all paperwork and installation of the new type of fire alarms was attended to prior to settlement. Would recommend Valerie to anyone buying or selling real estate in the Ipswich region.
