She honestly informed me of the actual price range. That was definite point in my commitment to attend the auction. She sounded genuine. Her quoted price range exactly happened on the auction day ! She did not highlight the “pluses” or minimize the “minuses” unlike 99% other agents ! I recommend her robustly to all buyers specially professionals like myself who live in a bubble and have not much direct contacts with the general public and are ‘vulnerable’ !
