We were referred to Vanessa Brunton through the Neil Jenman Real Estate Support Group and pleasantly surprised at the way she took us through the whole selling process. We were not encouraged to sell at auction. We were not asked to pay any advertising fees upfront. she and her business partner daughter, provided excellent photos, and compiled a video for the realestate.com, domain.com and her own website. She advertised in a number of local newspapers and outlet on a regular basis It took just under a year for our home to sell, due to the post-Covid era and recent interest rate hikes slowing the market considerably. But Vanessa was very confident of selling the house and never once asked us to lower our prices to get a sale. She knew we were placed well within the selling market as it was and she was patient at getting us the right price. She worked really hard each week to find people to show the home to, and was very quick to notify us of all those whom she had engaged with.
