Most agents these days employ 'associates' who do all the work with photography, buyers, enquiries, private viewings, opens, owner communication etc meaning the agents just list and get the associates to do all the hard work! This is the 'super market' method of selling, why are you listing with the agent to sell your home!! Great for the agent, but not necessarily good for the person paying the commission!! Vanessa however does it all her self, retaining communication with the buyers, inspections, enquiries and the property owner. If you are prepared to 'pay commission' do it with vanessa and get true 'value for money' by paying the 'agent' to sell your home.
