We found Vanessa to be very helpful. While obviously trying or get the best deal for her vendor she was prompt and helpful whenever we had a query. As we were living interstate we constantly bombarded her with requests for information and pictures and she always came through without delay. At one stage when we were having finance issues she kept us informed and in the loop. Overall our experience with Vanessa was a very positive one. Thank you VB Real Estate.

Most agents these days employ 'associates' who do all the work with photography, buyers, enquiries, private viewings, opens, owner communication etc meaning the agents just list and get the associates to do all the hard work! This is the 'super market' method of selling, why are you listing with the agent to sell your home!! Great for the agent, but not necessarily good for the person paying the commission!! Vanessa however does it all her self, retaining communication with the buyers, inspections, enquiries and the property owner. If you are prepared to 'pay commission' do it with vanessa and get true 'value for money' by paying the 'agent' to sell your home.

not to sure as to vanessas part in the deal.

I have bought & sold the same property through Vanessa. Vanesss & her daughter are a great team. The photography of the property was perfect. Vanessa is honest helpful and friendly and goes out of her way to get around any problems. I would recommend her for local knowledge in the Nambour area. It was a real pleasure to know her & do business with her. I would glady use her again but I have moved well out of the area.

Very quick to meet us and show us around.

Very professional and easy to deal with. Vanessa made our buying experience pleasant and fuss free.

ALL I CAN SAY THAT I HAVE HAD SOME EXCELLENT EXPERIENCES WITH VANESSA SELLING MY PROPERTIES. VANESSA HAS NOW SOLD 3 PROPERTIES FOR ME AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME . I WOULD RECOMEND ANYONE LOOKING TO SELL THERE PROPERTIES . VANESSA WORKS FOR YOU TO GIVE YOU THE BEST OUTCOME IN PRICE AND HER GREAT SELLING ABILITY

When we contacted Vanessa to sell our acreage block she told us she already had people on her books that were looking to purchase acreage land, and that she had sold quite a few recently, We always found Vanessa to be professional and she always kept us constantly updated on offers from prospective buyers and we’re happy that she was able to get us the price we we’re looking for our property. We would highly recommend Vanessa to anyone who is looking at selling and would definitely use Vanessa again if we are selling or buyer real estate. Chris and Anita Townsend

Working with Vanessa was an absolute joy from beginning to end. Her experience is vast and she brings a thorough, quality service. Vanessa is extremely reliable and trustworthy who was always available to answer questions or provide updates. She even found a home for my chooks! My property sold at a record price in a matter of days. All aspects of working with Vanessa was outstanding and I would highly recommend her to any prospective seller or buyer.

Vanessa and Cheyne are the kind of people you want to sell / help purchase your property. From our first interaction their warmth, humour and of course their knowledge of the industry and process was wonderful. They’ve been flexible throughout the process and have given us a plethora of tips along the way. Thank you!

From the start of negotiations to the day we moved into our new home, Vanessa was very helpful, warm and welcoming. She addressed all our questions and concerns with cheery professionalism and often went above and beyond the call to smooth the way through the purchase process. We were greeted with a beautiful bunch of flowers and bottle of bubbly on move-in day along with much appreciated help unpacking our food into the fridge and freezer. Thanks Cheyne! Vanessa also gave us some invaluable advice on local services, restaurants, etc that really helped us settle into our new neighbourhood. We'd thoroughly recommend her to any prospective buyers in the Nambour area.

This is the 2nd time Vanessa has sold a property for us and we could not speak more highly of her professionalism, friendliness and attention to details. She has always been available when we had a question or needed help. We wish Vanessa and Cheyne every success.
