Vanessa was totally professional from our first contact - replied on time, with requested information/details. Proposed an aggressive, but fully planned and thought-out, sales strategy that delivered a superior result to all other proposals. She helped get the property ready for sale, looking after all the details (we were not local). She suggested spending funds where sensible and likely to delver a result - we never thought it was being done just 'because' or it was an easy (if costly) solution to a real need. She managed the marketing campaign, looked after the open house sessions and kept us fully informed. The actual sale was extremely fraught and challenging, as the buyer had major issues. However, she kept at it, day and night, weekday and weekend. We only got over the line because of her efforts. The buyer owes her a huge debt because of her efforts and willingness to go the "extra mile" ( we would have walked away weeks before!!). If you are looking for a true professional, someone who really knows the market, is honest and immensely hard-working - you could not do better than working with Vanessa.
