I cannot speak more highly of Vanessa and her team - I am based in Victoria and selling properties remotely can present some additional challenges. Nothing was too much trouble, in addition to selling my property Vanessa went out of her way to co-ordinate the trades / services required to get the property ready for sale and provided regular updates via voice and photos. I would definitely use Vanessa again.
"As our property was a 12 hr drive away we received all the help and support from Vanessa to make things happen when our own property management company failed to do so. She made us aware of issues such as Air-conditioning issues, broken tiles and about the tenants that were in there. We weren’t aware of these things and she supported us in making things happen. We were never left in the dark, Vanessa is extremely professional and knows how to sell a house in a way that will get it sold and for the best price.
