Vanessa kept us informed most of the time. There was 6. Weeks with no views and no updates from Vanessa, we weren't really worried but it seem along time with no contact. Vanessa fed back to us after each viewing. Just before exchange it was very stressful and we had a serious medical matter to deal with We felt that Vanessa put more pressure on us than was necessary, we were doing everything we could and it didn't help that Vanessa was pressuring us to sign the contract against our lawyers advise. I was on the verge of pulling out altogether. Luckily it all resolved satisfactorily. We know Vanessa put a lot of work in to keep the buyer .
