From the initial meeting Vanessa portrayed herself in a professional manner, easy to communicate with, very helpful, willing to spend time with us and answer any questions. The negotiation period was conducted comfortably and stess free. After a little matter of a building certicate being required for a detached garage, this did take some time due to protocol and council requirements, however, during this process the owner was abliging and committed to seeing that all was resolved, also a big thanks to Vanessa for her role in communicating the ongoing updates and follow ups with the owner. I'm sure this is above and beyond her obligations, not to mention the extra time involved, well done Vanessa you have done yourself proud and a credit the Realestate Industy.
