It was great dealing with Vanessa. I felt I could totally be my usual wacky self with her which was great. The purchase went ahead without a hiccup and I thought it wonderful she kept in contact with me to the point that she sent me a photo of the sold sign via text message like I asked. She had to perservere through a delay and keep showing the property until Strata allowed access, so it was a great relief when she didn't have to keep showing the property.
