Vanessa was very helpful in explaining the offer process and keeping us updated. She also gave us great advice and contacts to help us get our own place ready for sale. We appreciated her candour and relaxed demeanour. She facilitated easy communication with the seller to answer our queries.
Vanessa, was tremendous with the listing and sale process and recommendations for the various services we needed. Always friendy and timely with responses to our queries. Vanesa and Megan make a great team. I would not hesitate to recommend Vanessa to friends.
We chose Vanessa after observing our local real estate market over a period of time. She was the agent who seemed to most consistently achieve good success with the properties she marketed. In person Vanessa proved to be very professional, knowledgeable about the local market and a good communicator in whom we had great confidence to achieve a good outcome for our property. Importantly Vanessa was never pushy and allowed us to proceed to sale at our own pace. Our trust and confidence in Vanessa has been entirely vindicated. Thank you Vanessa.
Great dealing with Vanessa. Easy to communicate with and made for pleasant process
Great dealing with Vanessa. Really excited for our next move
Vanessa and her team made the process of selling my home very easy for me to understand, and I appreciated her patience with my questions. There was a moment of doubt when she advised that it should go on the market without a sale price, however she assured me that it was the correct method of sale, and she was right, it was a fantastic outcome.
People advised us that in this market we could probably sell our property ourselves and save on the agent's commission. Glad we went with Vanessa anyway because not only did she get us a price beyond what we thought was realistic, she also gave clear instructions to let us to navigate the convoluted process of presenting the property in the best possible way. If you are looking to sell your property, I would wholeheartedly recommend Vanessa and her fantastic team.
Vanessa was fantastic throughout the purchase of our new property. She was very professional and provided excellent communication. She achieved a great result for both us and the seller. I highly recommend her services.
Vanessa communicated all the way. She worked magic during the selling and purchasing of our properties. Wouldn’t use anyone else

Vanessa has been an outstanding real estate agent and we have had nothing but positive feedback in our dealings with her. Vanessa has exceptional people skills and genuinely assists in ensuring all positive outcomes are achieved for both seller and buyer. We would highly recommend Vanessa for anyone selling or buying property!
Megan Gehan went above and beyond to assist in selling my property and achieving the price I was hoping for. Megan organised the styling for and attended the open homes, liaised with the tenants and coordinated with all service providers, (trades etc), to ensure a smooth process for all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Megan and Vanessa to sell your home. Thank you both, I am one happy customer!
