When it came time to prepare to sell, we consulted Vanessa first, due to her great advice and results 9 years earlier. She has now sold two properties for us. Vanessa provided good advice from before we finished painting all the way to pre-settlement. She and her team worked hard every step of the way to ensure all the pieces were in place for a successful sale. If I was selling again in Cairns I would have no hesitation engaging Vanessa to market the property.

Both Vanessa’s and Kiane where fantastic in helping me especially as a first home buyer, they went above and beyond teaching me the process and even taking calls after hours, organising repaired and building and pst peopl advice was amazing thank you so much, will be coming back for my next house purchase

Staff was efficient and professional. Thank you

Very good, hard working, honest ,reliable and dedicated salesperson.

Vanessa sold our house for us in Freshwater, Cairns. Vanessa was very knowledgeable on where the market was and which way it was heading. Her advice was invaluable and she was always ready with an answer to any questions we had. She achieved a good result and we would happily use her again in the future.

Great support and communication

What an absolutely incredible agent! I am so very fortunate to have selected Vanessa. She impressed me from our initial meeting and her professionalism remained consistent through to the completion of sale. She had an extensive market knowledge and a comprehensive pool of potential buyers which led to my house being sold quickly and efficiently. Vanessa made the selling process very stress free and always kept me informed and updated as to the progress of the sale. She provided excellent buyer feedback. Vanessa gives a very high standard of service and an excellent line of communication. Vanessa gave me great advice as to how to present my house and her knowledge of interior design was invaluable and no doubt had an impact on the positive outcome of the sale. I am completely blown away by her skills as an agent. Due to her hard work and diligence the sale of my house far exceeded my expectations and as a result I could not be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend Vanessa for the sale of your property. She is definitely the agent for you!

We found Vanessa Robinson very professional and a pleasure throughout the whole process

Vanessa was amazing from start to finish with the sale of my property. Couldn't recommend her more. Attention to detail was great throughout which made the process of selling very easy when usually it can get stressful.

see above - excellent Vanessa was honest and kind, and helpful too. Rachael and Megan were kind and friendly too.

A+++ Vanessa is a super agent!

Vanessa and her support team are excellent. Vanessa's knowledge and experience ensured a great outcome for us and also for our buyers. I sometimes hear people say they want to sell their own property or list with the cheapest agent and scrimp on advertising in the hope of saving money. I believe Vanessa added so much more value to the sale price and to the whole process than anything it cost me to sell. Selling a property, the biggest asset most of us will ever sell, may come with unexpected challenges and you'll want an experienced professional on your team. I absolutely recommend Vanessa.
