I think Vanessa was really easy to talk to and great to deal as she kept us updated often. She obviously has good experience with the marketing side as the property was presented very well and everything she did was very professional. I went with her as an agent as I felt she would be good to represent us to buyers without being too pushy or not pushy enough. My only negative point is one which I think is common with many agents I have dealt with. I felt like the priority of the agent was to get a deal completed quickly and not to get us the customer, the highest possible price for the property. I understand that the difference in commission earned for a higher price is not worth loosing a deal over for the agent or agency as it's a small percentage but for the seller it is much more significant. Even though, I believe we could have probably received a higher sales price as some buyers would have seen more value in our house than the agent did, overall I was happy with the experience.

Vanessa made the process of purchasing a property smooth and simple. We felt valued and all our questions were answered in a timely manner. Having all the information regarding the property available pre purchase was super helpful. Thanks Vanessa compared to other agents you go the extra mile.

Firstly I would award at least seven ?? My experience with Vanessa and Megan has been superb in every aspect. Also very thrilled with Janna and the beautiful images. Vanessa kept us informed on a daily basis re the progress of the contract exchange and provided contacts for building and pest inspection, conveyance lawyers etc. She answered any questions or concerns about the property and was able to guide us through the various steps in purchasing the property.

Having originally purchased the property from Vanessa and seeing her recent sales in the area we knew she was the person to sell with. She provided her market experience, examples of local properties prior to engagement and left a contract for our consideration. Vanessa was so in touch with the local market and buyers that she was able to walk a potential buyer through the property and have a contract to us in the space of a number of days. She attended all the inspections with the new owner to ensure the purchase process was smooth for all parties.
