Vanessa kept us informed on a daily basis re the progress of the contract exchange and provided contacts for building and pest inspection, conveyance lawyers etc. She answered any questions or concerns about the property and was able to guide us through the various steps in purchasing the property.
Having originally purchased the property from Vanessa and seeing her recent sales in the area we knew she was the person to sell with. She provided her market experience, examples of local properties prior to engagement and left a contract for our consideration. Vanessa was so in touch with the local market and buyers that she was able to walk a potential buyer through the property and have a contract to us in the space of a number of days. She attended all the inspections with the new owner to ensure the purchase process was smooth for all parties.
