It was my absolute pleasure to have Vanessa as my Agent for the sale of my home of 52yrs. Vanessa is a true gem and a rarity in the real estate industry... She truly cares about her clients! She pretty well held my hand during the entire process, making what was a very difficult task for me so much easier to handle . Her knowledge of what buyers want and like to see was spot on. She guided me in the right direction and was always positive, when I was feeling overwhelmed and fearful. I will always be grateful to Vanessa for helping me achieve my goal. She is the ultimate professional and knows the market through and through. Vanessa achieved a successful outcome for me very quickly. She then went over and above by helping me find my new home, with no thought of any gain to herself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend engaging Vanessa to anyone and everyone who comes my way. I will sing her praises "until the cows come home" , such is the calibre of this wonderful person.

We were very happy to work with Vanessa as we believed that she understood the marketing procedures. Vanessa gave us many ways in which we could show our house to the best advantage and was always positive and encouraging. We felt that Vanessa really cared about the life style changes we needed to make and did not treat us as just a way to make her living. Because of these attributes, we would happily recommend Vanessa to those wanting to sell or buy a property.

Vanessa is a fabulous real estate agent. Her knowledge of not just the Cairns market but what is happening all over Australia is amazing. She has a knack of finding just the right buyer for you. I highly recommend Vanessa for her hard work, drive and dedication to selling your property.

Selling our family home has been an emotional journey. Vanessa has been with us every step of the way supporting us choosing materials for renovation and suggesting how to present as best as possible for market. We have enjoyed that collaboration. Vanessa is creative, practical and a professional communicator. She is authentic in her work and knows her business inside out. Vanessa sold our house in Stratford without needing to even go to market. Her experience in the local market, combined with an extensive database of genuine buyers meant a very quick result at the price we were looking for. Vanessa went over and above the requirements for an agent, helping out with a number of small jobs that would have otherwise been difficult for us to manage as we were living remotely at the time.

Vanessa was very professional and added that personal touch even after I completed my purchase. She was a pleasure to deal with.

Extremely happy with teaming up with Vanessa to sell a much loved Freshwater unit. After contacting a number of other agents initially, I had no doubt that I wanted to move forward with her with full confidence that she would be able to navigate the market in these fairly uncertain times. I took her advice on some minor enhancements to the property and the result was a stress free and very fair sale for both parties. I will work with Vanessa again when i am in the property market and have recommended her to my friends and family.

I cannot recommend Vanessa enough if you are looking for a real estate agent in Cairns. Vanessa’s professionalism and knowledge is second to none. She kept me informed through out the entire selling process and nothing was ever too much trouble. Vanessa sold my property within a week of me listing with her and honestly she made a daunting task seem effortless. Do yourself and favour and go with the best!! I am one very satisfied customer.

She was onto a good thing, thank goodness she helped me realise it. Thank you.

Vanessa was professional from the second I called her to organise a inspection. She was honest, open and amazingly helpful throughout our purchase. I would highly recommend buying or selling through Vanessa.

Vanessa was very professional and took time to work with what we wanted. I highly recommend here as a professional agent.

Vanessa, was very professional, honest and maintained communication with us at all time. She has provided feedback on our property immediately after viewings and was easy to reach when we needed to get in touch. Overall we have been very happy with the whole service.
