The immediate sale of my property seemed too good to be true,with the resultant Financial Fall Through a big blow. Vanessa kept her head down and worked around the clock (literally! Sometimes I saw emails from crazy hours!) to secure another buyer. I was kept well informed with OFI summaries and updated whenever random inspections were organised (even though the property was vacant and there was no need to) Whenever I began to lose faith,Vanessa kept me positive and grounded and I cannot thank her and recommend her highly enough. I often told her I would 'follow her lead' as she instilled a confidence in me and made me feel reassured she had our best interests at heart.
